Sun-dried Tomato Basil Cream Cheese

Ingredients1 clove garlic
1 quarter small sweet onion, sliced
1/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
1 large handful fresh basil leaves
2-4 scoops whey protein powder, enough to add 40g protein
8 oz. Neufchâtel cheese
salt, to taste

Directions
Place the first five ingredients in a food processor and puree.  Add the whey and blend.  Add the cheese and blend.  Salt if necessary.
