1 whole shallot, or a tiny amount of onion
1/4 t. ground chipotle powder
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. fresh cracked black pepper
1/2 t. ground yellow mustard powder
1/2 c. cilantro, roughly chopped
Directions
Blend with an immersion blender. Makes ~1 c.
