3/4 c. plain, 2% Greek yogurt
1/4-1/2 t. pure peppermint extract
1/4 c. ea. milk of choice and silken tofu
2-3 T. dark chocolate chips
2 T. Cocoa Powder (optional, it will bump up the chocolate flavor, but it will make the smoothie a muddier color)
